A buttock enlargement is a cosmetic surgery procedure which makes it possible to change the size and shape of the buttock. This operation is mostly performed in case of women who think their buttock is too small or too flat.

a-Buttocks Implant
The decision for the shape and size of the buttock implants is made depending on each person's individual desires and on their general body build. Buttock implants are made from the same silicone gel as are breast implants, but they differ in consistency.

A silicone implant is inserted through a small incision in the buttock fold or in the area of the tail bone. This incision is about 5 cm in length. Both sides are carefully examined in order to assure that the results look natural and symmetric.

Different technical aspects, the type and size of the buttock implant, the place of the implant and the place of the incision will be discussed with Dr. TONI NASSAR during a prior consultation. This way we gain the best possible result.The buttock implants are positioned to look as natural as possible for the optimal cosmetic effect.

The results can be seen immediately after buttock implant surgery or buttock augmentation surgery; a bandage is placed that provides compression to the buttocks which in turn helps reduce discomfort and swelling.

The patient must sleep “face-down “or on the side for 1 day after the surgery and then face-up position for 5 days using pillows above and under the buttocks .
Full activities including gym work, bicycling, and running can usually be resumed about four weeks following your buttocks augmentation.



b-ENRICHED FAT CELLS TRANSFER (STEM CELLS)
The Stem Cells injection technique for increasing the buttocks is a new technique without any scars that offers natural and aesthetic and lasting results for those who want to increase the size of their buttocks and do not want silicone implants. The injection of enriched fat cells has the advantage that allows the surgeon to place the required quantity in those parts that are required, facilitating the modeling of the buttock sand giving a good sculpture or "Brazilian Butt".

Buttocks enlargement with Macrolane is performed under local anaesthesia and it is natural, quick and simple , performed in the clinic in 10 minutes. With Macrolane, there is no need for a general anaesthesia or operation and there is no scars. The Macrolane is injected via a small cannula or needle. The results of the buttocks enhancement can be seen directly after the treatment.

Macrolane contains hyaluronic acid, a substance that exist naturally in the body. Macrolane degrades slowly and about half has disappeared after one year, with a certain variation from person to person. When you want more volume, a refill is done. If you do not choose to do a refill, the Macrolane has disappeared completely after a few years.
