Rhinoplasty or nose job is usually performed under local Anesthesia with sedation; therefore you will sleep through the procedure. When the Rhinoplasty or nose job is complete, a splint will be applied to help your nose maintain its new form and to help reduce the swelling.
(Usually we don’t use nasal packs or soft plastic splints to be placed in your nostrils to stabilize the septum)

It is a 30 min procedure, and each case must be studied separately because Dr. Nassar affirms that your nose must fit your face, and he doesn’t agree with the copy-paste theory.
The final result of Rhinoplasty or nose job may be apparent after 1 month but always you have to wait the final result after 6 months.
Dr. Nassar can treat your nose even after damage from previous surgery, in this case he uses a cartilage graft taken from the septum (inside the nose, or from the back of the ear) to reconstruct your nose by having the natural look again and breathing as before.
