Breast augmentation is performed under sedation or general anesthesia in an outpatient procedure without staying overnight in the hospital, or you may spend a night at Dr. Nassar Hospital if you don’t want to experience any pain.

Breast implants are made of a flexible envelope containing a “cohesive silicone gel”.
Their consistency is similar to that of the mammary gland. Once the woman is moving, breast implants move like natural breasts.

The most common incision used in BRAZILIAN ESTHETIC CLINICS is the 2-3 cm incision under nipples.
Dr. Nassar inserts the Breast implant through a small incision in a prepared pocket under the muscle or the gland (mostly under the muscle) , or dual plan.
The shape may be round, pear or proposed with a beautiful neckline in a previous consultation .

Following a breast augmentation you are required to wear a sports-bra and band for a 2 week period.
Resumption of normal activity will be 5 to 7 days from the surgery’s date and sports should be avoided for a 4 week period.

After this surgery patients have more confidence in themselves.
Women can have removed breast feeding after breast augmentation without any restrictions.

Due to the colocation of the implant under the muscle , it doesn’t interfere with any breast exam or pregnancy that’s why it is not contra-indicated before pregnancy and all breasts investigations are allowed after breast augmentation.
